Gary R. Schwandt
Principal
Gary is a founding member of Great Point. With his partner Joe Versaggi, he created the firms business strategy. He oversees all client-related services including communications, financial reporting, and business development. Gary serves as a member of the investment committee. He is actively involved in making acquisitions for all of the firms clients. Gary also serves as portfolio manager for two separate account clients.
Gary has thirty plus years of experience as a fiduciary, including executive positions with AMRESCO Advisors, Inc., and its predecessors, including PCA Realty Advisors. He has formed two private REITs and has been involved with acquisitions and operations of two publicly traded real estate companies.
Gary holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MSA from George Washington University. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and a Council Member of the Urban Land Institute.

Joseph A. Versaggi
Principal
Joe is a founding member of Great Point. With his partner Gary Schwandt, he created the firms business strategy. Joe manages asset-related activities including research, investment strategy and oversees acquisitions for Great Point, and is actively involved in making acquisitions for all of the firms clients. He leads the firms annual investment strategy reviews. Joe also serves as a member of the investment committee, and is the portfolio manager for our largest separate account client.
Joe has over twenty years of experience in the areas of acquisitions, finance, dispositions, portfolio management and financial reporting, having managed the Portfolio and Asset Management Group at both Amresco and Barings, as well as the financial reporting group at Landauer Advisors.
Before entering the investment advisory field, Joe was a member of the audit group in the New York office of Price Waterhouse. Joe holds a BS degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters degree from New York University. He is a certified public accountant in the state of New York. He has served as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Randolph Kazazian
Senior Vice President, Asset Management
Randy has responsibility for the asset management function of the firm. His duties include direct asset management of a diverse portfolio comprised of nearly 2,500,000 square feet of properties, coordinating with the firms partners on development and construction - from ground-breaking to building completion, supervising and analyzing major renovation programs designed to re-position assets, active participation in lease negotiations. He is a member of the investment committee.
Randy has over seventeen years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, leasing, finance, disposition and accounting for institutional investors. Prior to joining Great Point, Randy was a director at American Group responsible for the firms asset management services. Randy was also a Vice President at KBS Realty Advisors and Property Capital Trust.
Randy holds a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a candidate for the Certified Property Management designation offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

William J. DiFrancesco
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions
Bill's responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating and closing industrial and office acquisitions for the firm's clients. Bill is a member of the investment committee.
Bill has 18 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Great Point in 2006, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and a firm Partner at Cabot Industrial Value Fund. During his tenure at Cabot, he was responsible for the acquisition of 132 industrial buildings comprising approximately 11,700,000 square feet with aggregate acquisition costs of approximately $507,000,000.
Prior to Cabot, Bill worked at Boulder Realty Management and was involved in the syndication of tax credits from the development and historic rehabilitation of multi-family housing. Earlier, he was in the real estate group for the Northeast region of the U.S. for McDonald's Corporation.
Bill is a graduate of Northeastern University.

Richard P. Leeret
Vice President, Asset Management
Rich is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 3,200,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in eight markets across the country. Richs responsibilities include selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, preparing property valuations, and preparing annual client business plans.
Rich has over ten years of experience in the areas of asset management, dispositions, finance and accounting.Prior to joining Great Point Investors in 2004, Rich was Vice President of Asset Management at Cabot Properties, Inc. where he managed over $300 million of industrial properties. He began his real estate career at Leggat McCall Properties Management, LP, where he was a Property Management Accountant from 1994 to 1996.
Rich holds a BA in Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Potsdam.

Andrew G. LeStage
Vice President, Asset Management
Andy is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 2,800,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in six markets. Andys responsibilities include: developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, preparing property valuations, and preparing annual client business plans.
Andy has over twelve years of experience of asset management. Prior to joining Great Point Investors in 2005, Andy was a Senior Asset Manager at Fidelity Investments / FMR Co. Real Estate Group where he managed a diversified portfolio of office and residential properties valued at $380,000,000 including stabilized, valueadded and development assets. Prior to Fidelity, Andy was a Senior Vice President with High Street Equity Advisors and Vice President of Asset Management with RREEF and Cabot Industrial Trust, managing approximately $600,000,000 million of industrial properties. He began his career at Burnham Real Estate Services.
Andy holds a BA with Honors from Bucknell University in English.

Jenny Macheras
Senior Vice President, Accounting
Jenny is responsible for all client accounting and financial reporting. Her extensive experience with property level accounting and reporting issues makes her well suited to understanding and scrutinizing financial information provided to Great Point by property managers.
Jenny has twenty-five years of real estate accounting experience. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Jenny worked at Property Capital Trust, a publicly traded REIT with a diversified portfolio of properties located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Property Capital Trust in 1992, Jenny was a Financial Manager for Spaulding & Slye, where she was responsible for management of all accounting and reporting functions for partnerships and third party contracts.
Jenny holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts in accounting.

Liam T. Hurley
Asset Management Associate
Liam is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 3,500,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in five markets. Liam's responsibilities include overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, preparing property valuations, and preparing annual client business plans.
Liam has over ten years of experience in the areas of leasing, financial analysis, and property management. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Liam was Director of Business Development for Haynes Management, Inc. where he oversaw the leasing of approximately 1,500,000 square feet of a diversified portfolio. Prior to Haynes, Liam was Director of Leasing for a private investor with the responsibility for leasing a $175,000,000 portfolio of office and industrial buildings. He began his career with Nordblom Company as property manager and financial analyst.
Liam holds a BA in Political Science from Bates College and an MBA from Babson College.

Matthew B. Katz
Senior Financial Analyst
Matt is responsible for analyzing acquisitions and assisting in the due diligence process. Prior to working at Great Point, Matt was a Senior Real Estate Research & Financial Analyst with CB Richard Ellis from 2001 to 2005. Matt holds a BA from Columbia College in New York in European History.

Sean Weiss
Senior Financial Analyst
Sean came to Great Point after having been with Cabot Properties for nearly seven years. He originally started in the accounting department at Cabot, working his way up to senior accountant. For the past five years he has worked with the acquisition team as an analyst. Sean holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Quantitative Methods from Babson College.

Lisa Moran
Accounting Manager
Lisa is responsible for client reporting; she has fifteen years of experience in both public and private accounting with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Lisa was a Financial Manager at Spaulding & Slye for eight years where she was responsible for management of all accounting and reporting functions for third party contracts. Lisa holds a BS in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Kevin Gaffey
Accounting Manager
Kevin recently joined Great Point Investors and is responsible for client reporting. Kevin has sixteen years of non profit, private and public accounting experience with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Kevin was an accounting analyst with the merger of Newkirk Realty Trust and Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP). Kevin holds a BA from New England College.
