Richard Leeret  Vice President, Asset Management

Rich is responsible for a portfolio of approximately three million square feet of office and industrial properties in eight markets across the country. Rich's responsibilities include selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, preparing property valuations, and preparing annual client business plans.

Rich has over 15 years of experience in the areas of asset management, dispositions, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Great Point Investors in 2004, Rich was Vice President of Asset Management at Cabot Properties, Inc. where he managed over $300 million of industrial properties. He began his real estate career at Leggat McCall Properties Management, LP, where he was a Property Management Accountant from 1994 to 1996.

Rich holds a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Sean Weiss Asset Manager

Sean is responsible for a portfolio of approximately four million square feet of office and industrial properties in six markets across the country. Sean's responsibilities include selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, preparing property valuations and preparing annual client business plans.

Sean has over nine years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Great Point Investors in 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst, Sean was an Acquisition Analyst at Cabot Properties and also worked for its predecessors, including Cabot Partners and Cabot Industrial Trust.

Sean holds a BS in Accounting and Quantitative Methods from Babson College.

Lisa Moran Financial Manager

Lisa joined Great Point Investors in December 2006 as a Financial Manager and is responsible for all aspects of client reporting.

Lisa has 18 years of experience in both public and private accounting with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Lisa was a Financial Manager at Spaulding & Slye for eight years where she was responsible for management of all accounting and reporting functions for third party contracts.

Lisa holds a BS in Accounting from Northeastern University. She is actively involved in her children's school volunteering her time when needed. She is also currently serving as PTO Treasurer at the elementary & middle schools. She recently completed a three-year term as a Board Member & Treasurer for the Dedham Community House in Dedham, MA, and continues to serve as the Vice Chair of a Town Precinct.

Michael Sierra Accounting Manager

Michael joined Great Point Investors in 2008, and is responsible for client reporting on partnerships and joint ventures for two portfolios of office and industrial properties located throughout the United States. Mike's responsibilities also include the accounting associated with development and new construction.

Mike holds a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

John Schonborn Financial Analyst

John joined Great Point Investors in 2010 as an Analyst. He is primarily responsible for providing financial analyses of potential acquisitions and development transactions and managing the due diligence process for the acquisitions team. In addition, John provides analytical support to both the asset management and accounting teams.

Prior to joining Great Point Investors, John was an Acquisitions Analyst at Hecht Development, as well as an Asset Management Analyst at Potomac Realty Capital.

John holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University.

Gordana Katic Office Manager/Accounting Assistant

Gordana joined Great Point Investors in 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the administrative staff and providing accounting support. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Gordana was an accounting assistant and assistant sales manager at Acme Wholesale.

Gordana holds an associate degree in Business; she is currently working on her bachelor's degree in accounting at University of Massachusetts.

Stacy Caine Asset Management Assistant

Stacy joined Great Point Investors in 2006 and is responsible for providing executive support to the Asset Management Department. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Stacy was the Executive Assistant for two years for the President at Newport Commercial Realty Advisors in Orange, CA. Stacy began her real estate career at Equity Office Properties, working as a Leasing Assistant from 2001 to 2004.

Stacy holds a BS in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire.

Jennifer Steffen Marketing and Acquisitions Assistant

Jennifer joined Great Point Investors in 2009 and is responsible for providing executive support to the two principals, as well as the acquisitions team. Prior to joining Great Point Investors, Jennifer was the Executive Assistant to the President of The Congress Group, Inc., a real estate development firm in Boston, MA.

Jennifer holds a BS with Honors in Marketing from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.
